All feedback is important and used to improve our products and services.
Feature requests, bug reports, and general thoughts on the data feed or the site all go directly to the team building NxCore — this isn’t a form that disappears into a queue. If you’re reporting an issue, the more detail you can include (what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead) the faster we can track it down. For anything urgent or account-specific, support@nanex.net is still the fastest path; this form is best for the ideas and observations that don’t need an immediate response.
